"Ah, right. Happy holidays to you, too," Emil replied, scratching his cheek. "I forget about these kinds of things. Doesn't matter what time of the year it is, it's either work or drink for me."
The smile earned a chuckle from the freelancer as he made his way inside and sat opposite of Selene. His eyes were on the view as the doors closed and the cart began to move.
"Hm, ferris wheel dates are a popular choice, aren't they? I guess you can think of it as that."
His eyes shifted back to Selene. Tired, but amused. And probably a little tipsy, too, seeing as he was being a lot more friendly than usual.
"I wouldn't know, though. Never been on one before."
